Striking marquises cut diamond engagement ring.

This diamond having unusual proportions resembles a “shard of glass” for me. Hand cut Marquise shaped diamond being 13mm x 5.3mm the diamond was cut from a elongated diamond slither, requiring the gem cutter to cut the diamond for length and not weight. I designed the ring to showcase the beauty of the diamond, setting it in a eight claw setting using fold over plate claw/prongs to protect the diamond. Beside it on either side  are two tapered baguette cut diamonds unusually mounted with in the shank and with the narrow side of the diamond being closest to the Marquise, thus putting more emphasis on the centre diamond.( Photos form part of the description)

2 tapered baguette Diamonds: length 4mm, width -top 1.4mm,- bottom 1.0mm,approximately 0.16cts total.
