Edwardian 14 carat claw/prong set ruby bangle.

Beautifully hand made Burmese natural ruby bangle.Set with eighteen graduated natural red round rubies tapering from the largest in the middle to smallest on both sides. Each ruby has been set in a eight claw prong setting in a row, within a solid hand engraved gold border. The base of the bangle continues with a hand pierced scroll open filigree design ending with a chenier and tongue and box clasp.Safety chain attached.(See photos they form part of the description).

Total rubies: 18- approximately 6.84 carats. ( 4.2 mm to 3.8 mm round) Origin- Burmese ,type 2-eye clean clarity, good to fine colour.

Weight:16.8 grams 14 carat yellow gold.
